The North Carolina Postal Customer Council is a combination of USPS personnel and industry leading organizations that utilize the USPS. Members includes organizations such as direct mailers, data companies, universities, fulfillment organizations and others that utilize the USPS to help make their business successful.

Upcoming events
Mike Gunderson, CEO of GunDir and Eric Smith, President/COO of Incremental Media will present an insightful presentation on actual direct mail pieces determining whether they are “First Class of Trash”. We will review several pieces, pointing out what works and where improvements need to be made to drive the best response rates. Mike is a leader in the industry in using digitally enabled mail to maximize results. Eric has over 21 years in the direct marketing industry.

The contest runs for exactly one month, so get your cameras ready starting today!
- Take a photo of the most unique mailbox you can find.
- You must be in the photo with the mailbox.
- Share your photo on PCC Voice using the hashtag #bestmailbox.
- Include a note on what makes it unique, along with the city and state.
Contest Rules
- Photoshop or edited entries are strictly prohibited.
- Submit as many unique entries as you want.
- Provide city and state only—do not include exact street addresses.
Judging & Prizes
- Two winners will receive a USPS framed stamped art piece and a USPS swag bag.
- The Winners will be chosen by a PCCAC vote.
